Office Timings - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday) 7:00 am to 1:00 pm (Saturday)

Responsibilities -
Student Guidance:Meet with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, preferences, and academic backgrounds.Provide detailed information about available study programs, institutions, admission requirements, scholarships, visa procedures, and other relevant aspects of studying abroad.Offer personalized advice to students based on their career aspirations, academic achievements, and financial considerations.Address queries and concerns, helping students make informed decisions about their education pathways. Application Assistance:Assist students in selecting suitable universities/colleges and programs based on their interests and academic profiles.Guide students through the application process, including filling out application forms, gathering required documents, and meeting deadlines.Review and edit application materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission. Statement of Purpose (SOP) Writing:Collaborate with students to understand their background, aspirations, and motivations.Craft well-structured, engaging, and authentic Statements of Purpose (SOPs) that effectively communicate the student's academic and career goals to admission committees.Provide constructive feedback on students' draft SOPs, helping them refine their content and language.Ensure SOPs adhere to the guidelines provided by target institutions and highlight the student's unique qualities. Research and Stay Updated:Stay informed about changes in international education policies, visa regulations, and admission requirements for various countries.Research universities, programs, and courses to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.Identify scholarship opportunities and assist students in preparing scholarship applications. Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities, admission officers, and educational consultants.Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices for student counseling and SOP writing.Attend educational fairs, workshops, and seminars to network and promote educational services. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and organized records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes.Generate reports on student progress, application success rates, and related metrics as required by the organization.
