Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Education Counsellor. The role involves guiding students in selecting suitable educational programs, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, providing career guidance, and facilitating the admission process. The Education Counsellor will interact with prospective students, respond to their inquiries, and ensure excellent support throughout their enrollment journey. Additionally, the role requires maintaining productive relationships with partnered institutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to guide students effectively in selecting appropriate courses and career paths.
  • Proficient in Career Counseling and Education guidance, ensuring students make informed decisions for their future prospects.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with students, parents, and institutional stakeholders professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and a proactive attitude to ensure a positive counseling experience.
  • Prior experience in educational counseling or related fields is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of current trends in higher education and career opportunities is advantageous.
