An ideal candidate should be a fast learner, independent and creative thinker, maintain the highest levels of transparency, and have excellent customer interaction skills. In this role, you will:
- Answer live chats and tickets, providing support on a wide range of product topics.
- Regularly and actively engage in virtual customer support calls to assist clients with setups and troubleshooting queries.
- Act as a trusted adviser to help solve customer problems during all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain communication with the customer.
- Develop a variety of support content, including video tutorials and written help articles, for both internal teams and external users.
- Stay up-to-date by reading technical articles and receiving training for new product features.
This is a full-time, salaried position with a shift-based rotation. While your typical shift will be 9 hours, additional time may be required based on operational needs.
You'll form part of a 24/7 support team and therefore should expect to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, on a rotational basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Located in and have work authorization in India
- A degree from a reputable university
- 1-3 years of Customer Success/Support experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- Successful candidate must have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Analytical mindset with ability to quickly recognize patterns
- Able to master new software and systems effortlessly and quickly
- Superb writing and communication skills: accurate, focused, and detailed
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Excellent at multitasking and highly productive
- Strong interpersonal skills
