In this role, you will:

  • Answer live chats and tickets, providing support on a wide range of product topics.
  • Regularly and actively engage in virtual customer support calls to assist clients with setups and troubleshooting queries.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to help solve customer problems during all stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain communication with the customer.
  • Develop a variety of support content, including video tutorials and written help articles, for both internal teams and external users.
  • Stay up-to-date by reading technical articles and receiving training for new product features.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a shift-based rotation. While your typical shift will be 9 hours, additional time may be required based on operational needs.

You'll form part of a 24/7 support team and therefore should expect to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, on a rotational basis.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Located in and have work authorization in India
  • A degree from a reputable university
  • 1-3 years of Customer Success/Support experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Successful candidate must have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Analytical mindset with ability to quickly recognize patterns
  • Able to master new software and systems effortlessly and quickly
  • Superb writing and communication skills: accurate, focused, and detailed
  • Native or fluent English speaker
  • Excellent at multitasking and highly productive
  • Strong interpersonal skills
