Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory regulations, managing audits, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS.

  3. Maintain general ledger and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.

  4. Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.

  5. Statutory Compliance

  6. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory requirements.

  7. Liaise with regulatory bodies like the Income Tax Department, GST authorities, and ROC.

  8. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and ensure company-wide compliance.

  9. Audit Management

  10. Coordinate with statutory auditors for annual audit and tax audit.

  11. Ensure timely completion of audits with minimal queries.

  12. Address internal audit findings and implement recommended controls.

  13. Budgeting & Forecasting

  14. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

  15. Analyze variances between actuals and budgets; provide commentary and insights.

  16. Internal Controls

  17. Implement and monitor effective internal financial controls.

  18. Ensure all accounting processes and procedures comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  19. Team Management (if applicable)

  20. Supervise junior accountants and finance executives.

  21. Review work, provide training, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  22. Liaison & Coordination

  23. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, vendors, and internal departments.

  24. Support finance team in funding activities and cash flow management.
