Designation : Assistant Manager- Audit

Job Location : Thane/Mulund/Kanjurmarg. Candidate will be based out at one of Fulfillment Centres i.e. Warehouses.

Reports To : Audit Head

Experience : 5 to 8 years of Internal Audit, Stock Audit, Compliance Audit, Statutory Audit.

Qualification : Any Graduate from a good Institution.

Note:- **We are not preferring CA's, Pursuing CA's, Higher Degree in finance  for this role since its not related to Financial Accounting

IMPORTANT NOTE:- Candidates should be ok to work in Night shifts with 6 days working, travelling job. Please apply accoridngly

Nature of Role : Candidates with strong leadership skill, analytical & problem solving skills, Good People management skills, Strong in Auditing, Good hold on audit process, etc. Working knowledge of Excel.

Job Description:

  • • Planning & scheduling stock takes
  • • Reviewing of end to end operational areas including Procurement, Logistics, Payroll,
  • Warehousing/Inventory, Sales and Servicing etc.& Expenditure review to provide inputs for improvement in internal Controls, systems & processes, identification of cost saving avenues etc.
  • • Assuring correct & timely compliances to all statutory requirements majorly covering Income tax, GST,
  • Work Contract tax, Shop & establishment Act, PF & ESI etc.
  • • Scrutiny of Books of accounts & related records to ensure authenticity of financial transactions &
  • correctness of accounting.
  • • Visits to FCs intermittently to ensure that accounting  & operational processes are not being deviated from
  • • Supervision , control & report on  Asset verification  to be carried out thru Audit team in respect of all
  • HO,FCs & PUPs as per audit plan
  • • Report on Monthly basis wrt   all claims/ reimbursements & petty cash expenses, corporate office .
  • • Team managerial skill
