Your work profile:

Skill : Product Manager with PMO exp

• Drive Pre-Paid Cards digital product journey
• Should not be requirements note taker business analyst, must be proactive, self driven proactive
• a blend of product innovation, technical development, and strategic management
• Driving the vision for prepaid card products and identifying opportunities for innovation by analysing market data and consumer insights.
• Owning the entire product life cycle, from design and development to launch and performance monitoring. This includes defining requirements for the engineering teams through detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
• Enhancing the digital experience for customers by integrating prepaid card services with platforms like the bank's MyCards Progressive Web Application (PWA).
• System development: Creating and maintaining the platforms for card activation, loading, and management, such as the dedicated prepaid card portal.
• Backend integration: Ensuring seamless integration with various banking and payment processing systems, as well as third-party fintech partners.
• Security: Developing robust security features such as EMV chips, PINs, and OTPs for transactions, along with a "zero lost card liability" policy.
• Feature evolution: Iterating on existing products to add new features, such as contactless payments, digital tracking, and personalized offers.
