Role Summary

As a
Founder's Associate
, you'll work side-by-side with the founding team, gaining a 360° view of how a startup runs and grows. This role is fast-paced, dynamic, and requires adaptability. You'll take ownership of
social media, branding, and presentations
, while also supporting day-to-day strategic and operational tasks. Success in this position means helping the founders stay focused on the bigger vision by driving execution, communication, and brand presence with speed and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Drive social media strategy and execution to build brand visibility and engagement.
  • Work on branding initiatives to create a consistent, compelling identity across platforms.
  • Prepare and design presentations, pitch decks, and reports for investors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Support the founders in day-to-day tasks, research, and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Bring structure and organization to fast-moving initiatives.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and provide insights that add value to strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and branding.
  • Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides; Figma is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn fast, and thrive in a startup environment.
  • Previous internship or experience in marketing, branding, or strategy is a plus.
