Job Description:

At The Out Factory (TOF), we are unthinking the conventional to build yurts—premium, circular structures that reimagine glamping, prefab, and alternative housing worldwide. From eco-resorts to backyard Airbnbs, our yurts are spaces that inspire, perform, and earn.

We're looking for a Creative Associate who can turn ideas into world-class assets — ads, reels, carousels, GIFs, motion graphics, landing pages, and more. You'll be the hands-on creator who powers the work of our Digital Marketing Manager and ensures our campaigns look and feel like nothing else in the market.

What you'll create:

• Social ads (static + motion) across Meta, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, YouTube.
• Short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks for non-IN markets).
• GIFs, memes, and interactive creative assets.
• Marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, case visuals).
• Landing page layouts, web visuals, and content blocks.

What makes you stand out:

• AI-first creator: Comfortable using AI tools (image, video, text-to-design) to accelerate output.
• Design-native: Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Canva, Figma (pick your poison, but you know them all).
• Motion-savvy: Can edit, animate, and produce engaging reels/ads that don't look cookie-cutter.
• Web-aware: Know basic HTML/CSS; Webflow familiarity is a bonus.
• Fast + curious: You test trends (memes, audio hooks, formats) quickly and make them brand-ready.
• Story-driven: You don't just design; you know how to tell a story through visuals in line with our Unthink philosophy.

Who you are:

• 0–2 years of experience (we value potential and portfolio over years).
• Strong portfolio of design + video work (links are a must).
• Comfortable working with a global brand targeting USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and India.
• Collaborative mindset; excited to work with the Digital Marketing Manager and performance team.
