**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop high-quality, engaging content for multiple digital platforms (website, social media, blogs, video platforms, etc.).
- Create visual and written content, including articles, graphics, videos, podcasts, and infographics, that resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and other team members to produce compelling multimedia content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and industry news to inform content creation and strategy.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and social media interactions to build a community and foster relationships.
- **Content Strategy and Planning**:

- Work with the marketing team to define content strategies that align with brand goals and objectives.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to inform content ideas.
- Regularly evaluate content performance and adjust strategies for better engagement and reach.
- **SEO and Optimization**:

- Ensure content is optimized for SEO to increase search engine rankings and visibility.
- Use analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of content and suggest improvements based on data.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics across all content.
- Ensure that content aligns with the company’s values, goals, and overall marketing strategy.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new content initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, social media manager, or related role.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficient with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro) and social media platforms.
- Experience with SEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of video production and editing.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and content partnerships.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS or web development is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
