Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Backlog Management

  • Own and manage the product backlog for Anaplan planning solutions, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide technical teams.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring transparency of priorities and expectations.
  • Continuously assess business needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling through Anaplan capabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Gathering

  • Partner with commercial leaders, analysts, and solution architects to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews) to ensure alignment between business needs and delivery.
  • Support UAT, change management, and go-live readiness, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Data & Integration Oversight

  • Collaborate with integration teams to validate data accuracy, reconciliation, and governance practices.
  • Ensure data models and workflows are optimized for scalability, usability, and performance.

Enablement & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion best practices in model governance, version control, and documentation standards.
  • Create user-facing materials, training guides, and enablement sessions to drive adoption and self-sufficiency.
  • Monitor product performance and continuously refine the backlog to address evolving business needs.
