Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with expertise in Payments, specifically SEPA payments, to drive product strategy, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful delivery of payment solutions. The candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap and backlog for SEPA payment solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations) to ensure timely delivery of features.
Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with SEPA regulations and other payment industry standards.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Payments Domain Expert.
In-depth knowledge of SEPA payments, clearing systems, and banking operations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex payment processes and design practical solutions.
