Manager - Finance (Fund Raising), Real Estate

Job Description:-

a. Responsible for preparation of funding proposals for banks and post-funding compliances activities

b. Responsible for on-going Compliances with various lenders / Rating agencies:

  • Preparing and sharing requisite MIS with lenders

  • Ensuring all the Conditions precedent / Conditions subsequent as prescribed are fulfilled

  • Liaise for Letter of Credit / Bank Guarantee as may be required for the projects

  • Cash Flow analysis / projections

c. Preparation of financial reports, special analyses and various management information reports.

d. Annual business plans, cash flow projection, forecasts and long term plans.

e. Budgets preparation include capital, manpower and overhead budgets along with variance analyses.

f. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.

g. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.

h. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.

i. Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders.

j. Establish and implement short- and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

k. Seeking adequate Project Insurances

l. Assistance in matter related to mergers or acquisitions / IPO.

m. Handle RERA related compliances

n. Other duties as assigned.

Experience: 5 - 7 years.

Educational Qualifications

  • PGDBM, MBA in Finance

Good to have skills:-

  • Self-driven
  • Should not require much hand holding and be able to work with little directions
  • Good business acumen
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills

Personality and interpersonal skills:

  • Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior executives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
