Designation : Senior Manager - Marketing & Fund Raising.

Reporting to: Director - Marketing & Awareness

Job descriptions & Responsibilities:

  • Experience in designing marketing plans and activities that deliver on campaign and/or fundraising objectives, with a limited budget, across media platforms
  • Design and analysis of market research; ability to apply insight to inform marketing activities
  • Ability to build positive relationships, connect with and manage a wide range of stakeholders including different media houses, corporate sponsors, CSR representatives, Internal stakeholders, campaign partners.
  • Experience in using IT, database and web skills
  • Conducting research on fundraising opportunities.
  • Writing funding proposals and submitting these to potential donors post approvals.
  • Manage and maintain complete records of monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.
  • Coming up with ingenious ways to raise awareness.
  • Implementing a variety of strategies and promotional campaigns for awareness and fund raising.
  • Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of the charity sector.
  • Should know about CSR & manage existing CSR partners.
  • Tia up with new CSR partners.

Education criteria-

  • Bachelor's degree in PR, Fundraising, or any related field (preferably a master's degree). MBA full time / part time will be preferred.
  • 7-8 years of fundraising experience.
  • NGO background will be a high priority.
  • Previous experience in marketing is also required / essential
  • Experience in managing a team internal and external as well
  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
