We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to develop and execute strategies that secure resources for programs and initiatives. The role involves building relationships with donors, leading fundraising campaigns, preparing compelling communications, and ensuring transparency and accountability in fund utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organizational financial goals.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, corporate CSR departments, and other potential donors.
  • Lead community-focused fundraising initiatives and campaigns to boost donor engagement and participation.
  • Prepare compelling reports, presentations, and pitches to communicate program impact to donors.
  • Prepare quarterly reports on fund utilization, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Proactively seek and apply for grants from foundations, government agencies, and other funding sources.
  • Represent the organization at CSR events, networking sessions, and seminars to build partnerships with corporates and other NGOs.
  • Collaborate with CSR heads and stakeholders to explore new funding opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate ongoing projects to ensure alignment with donor requirements and track progress toward goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 710 years of proven experience in fundraising, preferably in the NGO or social sector, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong writing skills for proposals, reports, and presentations.
