Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

·       Strategy & Architecture

o   Define and maintain the EUC architecture roadmap aligned with business and IT strategies.

o   Develop high-level and low-level designs for EUC platforms (Windows, macOS, mobile, VDI).

·       Platform Ownership

o   Lead design and governance for Intune, MECM, Autopilot, and related endpoint management tools.

o   Oversee VDI solutions (AVD, Citrix, or Horizon) and remote access technologies.

·       Security & Compliance

o   Implement and maintain security baselines, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.

o   Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements.

·       Application Lifecycle

o   Govern application packaging and distribution pipelines (Win32/MSIX/Jamf).

·       Innovation & Optimisation

o   Drive automation, self-service, and DEX (Digital Employee Experience) improvements.

·       Collaboration

o   Partner with Security, Network, and Application teams to ensure integrated solutions.

·       Documentation & Governance

o   Maintain architecture standards, SOPs, and runbooks.

o   Participate in CAB and governance forums.

Required Skills & Experience

·       Experience: 8–12 years in EUC/endpoint management, with at least 3 years in an architect role.

·       Technical Expertise:

o   Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, MECM), Autopilot, Windows Update for Business.

o   VDI technologies (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon).

o   macOS and mobile device management (Jamf, Apple DEP, Android Enterprise).

o   Security tools (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, ASR rules).

·       Knowledge of: Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, VPN/ZTNA, FSLogix, scripting (PowerShell).

·       Certifications (preferred): Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent.

·       Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Education

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
