Job Title: IT & MIS Executive

Role Objective:

To manage day-to-day IT support, networking, and software administration (Zoho, ERP tools), along with preparation of documents, data entry, and MIS reporting to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Documentation & MIS

  • Prepare reports, letters, and other documents in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF.
  • Maintain accurate records, project/site data, and daily MIS reports.
  • Support management in preparing analysis reports, comparisons, and dashboards.

2. Software & Digital Tools

  • Act as administrator for Zoho, ERP/other company tools.
  • Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with vendors for technical support and updates.

3. IT Support & Networking

  • Provide first-level IT support for office staff and site teams.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi routers, switches.
  • Ensure smooth internet and network connectivity across office/site.

4. System Maintenance

  • Perform system checks, backups, and antivirus/security updates.
  • Troubleshoot computer hardware/software issues.
  • Coordinate for AMC or vendor support for advanced IT problems.

5. Coordination & Training

  • Assist project teams in uploading reports, drawings, and data in software.
  • Train staff on basic IT and software usage.
  • Support management with digital transformation initiatives.

Skills Required

  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
  • Experience with Zoho, ERP tools preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware/software.
  • Good communication and coordination ability.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate/Diploma in Computer Applications / IT / MIS / Commerce.
  • 1–3 years' experience in IT support + MIS/documentation role.
  • Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
