Job Title: Placement Officer

Role Summary:

Drives campus recruitment by connecting students with leading employers and ensuring high placement success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong corporate connections to secure internships and final placements.
  • Organize campus drives, job fairs, industry talks, and networking events.
  • Train students in resume building, interview skills, and career planning.
  • Track placement data, prepare reports, and share updates with management.
  • Collaborate with faculty to align student skills with market needs.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PG or related degree.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of current hiring trends and campus recruitment practices.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to manage multiple events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
