Location: Ponda, Goa

Job Overview:

Should have experience in Pharma Compnay - Mandatory

To Manage & Maintain all Plant Systems (PC), Laptops, & Printers.

To manage the user management role in all plant applications/Instruments.

To manage and maintain MES (Manufacturing Execution System) & L2 servers.

Maintain and manage the System Administrator role in Quality Control & other application software.

To take backup of files as per the Standard Operating Procedure.

To check the Plant Telephone EPABX System, Access control & CCTV system.

Attending to basic problems of Hardware & software.

Scanning & Updating of Antivirus on Servers, PC's, Laptops.

To maintain IT documents & backup records.

To manage & maintain the Plant Network, switches, etc..

To maintain an activity-based employee matrix of the department.

To clean monitors, CPU, keyboards, mouse, Laptops & printers as per the scheduled activity.

Any other task assigned by the HOD as per competency.

To provide IT support for production, engineering, and manufacturing-related systems.

Adhere to department policies and procedures.

To maintain time synchronization in different systems.

Maintaining User management and GxP Related activities
