Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all mechanical aspects of the projects in the Thermal industry. 

- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in mechanical operations. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. 

- Develop and implement strategies to improve mechanical processes and efficiency. 

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment to prevent downtime.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members. 

- Analyze project requirements and provide input on mechanical design and implementation. 

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in mechanical operations. 

- Prepare reports and documentation related to mechanical activities. 

- Handle any mechanical issues or emergencies that may arise during project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

5-12 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry.
