Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in site execution, project coordination, and should also be well-versed with the basics of designing work. This role involves working closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery within timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure compliance with drawings, designs, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with design and architecture teams for project planning and execution.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and site labor to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Monitor material usage, site progress, and ensure cost control.
  • Conduct quality checks and safety inspections at the site.
  • Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, BOQs, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil/site execution (experience in corporate interiors/projects preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic designing work (AutoCAD or similar software).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
