Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer - Luxury Residential Projects located in Bengaluru East. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, managing civil and structural engineering tasks, and coordinating with other engineers. Daily tasks include supervising on-site construction, inspecting materials, and ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.

Experience:

4-8 years (luxury residential/high-rise experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth execution as per approved drawings and project specifications
  • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and vendors to maintain workflow and quality control
  • Monitor progress against project timelines and prepare daily/weekly site reports
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with design and project management teams to resolve technical/site issues promptly
  • Inspect materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • 4-8 years' experience in high-end residential or luxury apartment projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes and MEP coordination
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural/structural drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
