The company has recently opened its third branch in Oddanchatram and a dedicated silver jewellery showroom, IVANAH, in Coimbatore. As the first BIS Hallmark Showroom in Dindigul, OVJ continues to thrive thanks to the support of its global customer base.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Dindigul. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory levels, implementing marketing strategies, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring store policies are followed. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for staff training, performance evaluation, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
