Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online research
- Qualify potential clients and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Understand client requirements and present the company's offerings effectively
- Support marketing campaigns with follow-up on leads and inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Participate in training programs to learn product features and sales techniques
- Prepare reports on sales activities and client engagement
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with working in a US/International shift if required
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of SaaS, IT, or AI solutions is a plus
- Exposure to lead generation, market research, or tele-calling
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts
