Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online research
  • Qualify potential clients and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Understand client requirements and present the company's offerings effectively
  • Support marketing campaigns with follow-up on leads and inquiries
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Participate in training programs to learn product features and sales techniques
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and client engagement

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or related discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable with working in a US/International shift if required
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of SaaS, IT, or AI solutions is a plus
  • Exposure to lead generation, market research, or tele-calling
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts
