Associate Process Manager

Role Summary:
Serves as the liaison between CLIENT stakeholders and the delivery team, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements for both the rule-based (Phase 1) and AI-driven (Phase 2) components of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops with CLIENT entities to understand current structure validation processes.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements for automation, workflow, and AI validation.
- Map organizational guidebook rules into technical logic and validation workflows.
- Define acceptance criteria and assist during UAT.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Tech Lead to ensure alignment between business goals and solution design.
Required Skills & Technologies:
- Experience in UI/UX design & research.
- Spoken and written English and Arabic skills
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, BRD/FSD creation, and process modeling.
- Familiarity with workflow tools and document management systems.
- Understanding of AI/NLP use cases and data validation workflows.
