The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of HR processes and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. The candidate must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company's vision. Additionally, the candidate must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best people practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors. The candidate should act as a change agent, acting as a catalyst to drive vertical/org. level changes.

Senior Analyst roles and responsibilities:

  • Revenue recognition of eClerx group revenue across multiple subsidiaries and geographies. 

    • Sustain accuracy in revenue recognition and improve finalization and reporting timelines

    • Improve revenue  process compliance, controls and efficiencies

    • Ensure revenue can be sliced across multiple business dimensions 

    • Monthly reporting of revenue and other KPIs as per business requirements

    • Monitor and govern sales pipeline; Sales pipeline reporting

    • Record all go lives, extensions and roll offs on the Revenue system

    • Revenue projections for upcoming months

    • Provide Invoice estimates to the AR team for invoicing

    • Work closely with all stakeholders: Contract Management Team, Business development team and Operations to meet team objectives

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • B.com with 2+ years of experience into revenue accounting.

    • Should be an effective communicator and team/task manager

    • Soft skills in terms of training, leadership and understanding of teams' problems 

    • Sense of ownership is a must to drive and work with a sense of urgency..
