seasoned female Business Development Leader
to drive strategic growth. If you have a proven track record of selling
custom software solutions, web & mobile application services
, and
staff augmentation

Work Hours:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive new business and convert high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets through strategic outreach (outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach) and leveraging existing industry networks along with consultative selling, and solution mapping
  • Mentor and guide BDEs while owning your own high-impact sales pipeline—striking the balance between individual contribution and team enablement.
  • Manage and grow key client relationships with CXOs & IT Directors
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, tech, and talent teams to build scalable, tailored solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years
    of total experience with
    at least 3+ years in IT services sales
    (web, mobile, software development, and staff augmentation).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, outsourcing models, and delivery dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, revenue-focused approach.
