Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Brahmapur for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and managing client accounts, and leading lead generation efforts. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the role involves working closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Business and Account Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with clients and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the staffing and consulting industry is a plus
