We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to work closely with the Managing Director in expanding our domestic and international business operations. The candidate will play a key role in business development, recruitment, and confidential project discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the MD in planning, coordinating, and executing business development strategies for both domestic and overseas markets.
Support in client communication, proposals, presentations, and follow-ups for international and domestic clients.
Handle confidential discussions related to business growth, contracts, and strategic plans.
Coordinate and assist in recruitment activities for domestic and overseas positions.
Maintain reports, MIS, and documentation for sales and business development activities.
Act as a bridge between management and teams, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
Perform administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring the MDs time is optimized.Role & responsibilities
