Hiring - Sales Ops/ Sales Analyst - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand and sales forecasting models using historical data, seasonality, and market trends.
- Analyze sales performance, product mix, and regional demand variations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business targets.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and present insights to leadership.
- Utilize Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python for data visualization and predictive modeling.
- Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and business planning cycles.
- Identify demand gaps and recommend actions for inventory optimization.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Hands-on experience in Excel (Pivot, Forecast, Regression), Power BI, and SQL.
- Knowledge of forecasting models (ARIMA, exponential smoothing, regression, ML).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
