Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain demand and sales forecasting models using historical data, seasonality, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales performance, product mix, and regional demand variations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business targets.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and present insights to leadership.
  • Utilize Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python for data visualization and predictive modeling.
  • Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and business planning cycles.
  • Identify demand gaps and recommend actions for inventory optimization.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Excel (Pivot, Forecast, Regression), Power BI, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of forecasting models (ARIMA, exponential smoothing, regression, ML).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
