Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Home Loan Executives, located in Bengaluru South. The role involves generating leads for home loans through various channels, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and understanding their financial requirements. Executives will evaluate loan applications, provide customized loan solutions, and ensure a smooth documentation process. Collaboration with internal teams for loan approvals and adherence to compliance standards are also central responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of home loan products, processes, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail for evaluating loan applications
  • Proficiency in relevant financial tools and systems; familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional experience in financial services or home loan sales preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently
