We recently attained Unicorn status by becoming the first prop tech player in India to reach $1 billion valuation.About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for Home Loan Sales head in our New Projects (residential) vertical. We are seeking a leader with proven track record of excellence and developing sales and marketing function in a high growth environment.Responsibilities:- Driving and managing loan solutions within the New Projects segment- Team Management profile heading the Internal Homeloan vertical- Lead a team of Cluster heads and intern Key Account Managers- Reporting to the vertical head of the division- Formulate and execute strategies to enable Business Development- Onboard new customers for setting up Internal home loan closing business- Lead generation through working closely with all the stakeholders within the business and ensuring streamlined process of login to disbursement- Strategic intervention in process improvement- This is a strategic role that requires leadership capabilities and an in-depth understanding of the loan process.Required Skills:- Strong sales background in an individual capacity.- Good Knowledge on Home Loans- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills RCA skills.- Strong customer service orientation.- MBA or Masters- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Prior team management experience.- Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills.- B2C sales experience is preferred.
