About the Role
: We have an exciting opportunity for Home Loan Sales head in our New Projects (residential) vertical. We are seeking a leader with proven track record of excellence and developing sales and marketing function in a high growth environment.

Responsibilities
:

  • Driving and managing loan solutions within the New Projects segment
  • Team Management profile heading the Internal Homeloan vertical
  • Lead a team of Cluster heads and intern Key Account Managers
  • Reporting to the vertical head of the division
  • Formulate and execute strategies to enable Business Development
  • Onboard new customers for setting up Internal home loan closing business
  • Lead generation through working closely with all the stakeholders within the business and ensuring streamlined process of login to disbursement
  • Strategic intervention in process improvement
  • This is a strategic role that requires leadership capabilities and an in-depth understanding of the loan process.

Required Skills
:

  • Strong sales background in an individual capacity.
  • Good Knowledge on Home Loans
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills RCA skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • MBA or Masters
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prior team management experience.
  • Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills.
  • B2C sales experience is preferred.
