We recently attained Unicorn status by becoming the first prop tech player in India to reach $1 billion valuation. About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for Home Loan Sales head in our New Projects (residential) vertical. We are seeking a leader with proven track record of excellence and developing sales and marketing function in a high growth environment. Responsibilities: - Driving and managing loan solutions within the New Projects segment - Team Management profile heading the Internal Homeloan vertical - Lead a team of Cluster heads and intern Key Account Managers - Reporting to the vertical head of the division - Formulate and execute strategies to enable Business Development - Onboard new customers for setting up Internal home loan closing business - Lead generation through working closely with all the stakeholders within the business and ensuring streamlined process of login to disbursement - Strategic intervention in process improvement - This is a strategic role that requires leadership capabilities and an in-depth understanding of the loan process. Required Skills: - Strong sales background in an individual capacity. - Good Knowledge on Home Loans - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills RCA skills. - Strong customer service orientation. - MBA or Masters - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Prior team management experience. - Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills. - B2C sales experience is preferred.
