Key Responsibilities :

  • Anchor the end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter X solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures and design specifications for complex PLM projects.
  • Provide expert guidance on Teamcenter X capabilities and functionalities.
  • Define and implement best practices for Teamcenter X configuration and customization.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Teamcenter X solutions, with a focus on Process and Discrete Manufacturing industries.
  • Utilize expert knowledge of Teamcenter BMIDE and ITK development to design and implement custom solutions.
  • Develop and customize Active Workspace Client (AWC) interfaces to enhance user experience.
  • Implement and manage CAD integrations, BOM management, and related functionalities.
  • Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems using T4S/T4EA.
  • Develop and utilize Teamcenter Java SOA APIs for server-side customization.
  • Design and implement custom reporting solutions using Teamcenter's reporting module.
  • Lead and manage complex PLM implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations and technical expertise.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Teamcenter X implementations.
  • Develop and implement best practices for PLM processes and workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Teamcenter X features and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications :Experience :

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM solution mapping, implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Extensive experience in Process and Discrete Manufacturing industries.
  • Expert knowledge of Teamcenter BMIDE and ITK development.
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring Active Workspace Client (AWC).
  • Strong experience with CAD integrations and BOM management.
  • Expertise in integrating Teamcenter with other enterprise systems using T4S/T4EA.
  • Strong understanding of Teamcenter Java SOA APIs and server-side customization.
  • Experience with Teamcenter's reporting module.
  • Deep understanding of PLM processes and workflows in Process and Discrete Manufacturing industries.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
