Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage comprehensive Teamcenter data migration initiatives across various versions and platforms.
  • Assess legacy systems and formulate effective migration strategies that maintain data integrity, optimize performance, and ensure seamless business continuity.
  • Design and implement robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows for efficient data migration.
  • Manage large-scale datasets, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Work collaboratively with functional consultants, solution architects, and key business stakeholders to gather and interpret migration requirements.
  • Leverage tools such as PLMXML, TCXML, ITK, SOA, and scripting languages like Java and Python to automate and streamline migration activities.
  • Perform thorough pre- and post-migration testing, handle error resolution, and implement performance tuning measures.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation covering migration methodologies, best practices, and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 3+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM data migration projects.
  • Strong expertise in:


• Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA)


• PLMXML and TCXML formats


• ITK, SOA, Java, and/or Python scripting for migration automation


• Data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation techniques

  • Proven ability to execute complex, high-volume Teamcenter migrations successfully.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver results within tight deadlines.
