Job Title : Teamcenter PLM SpecialistExperience : 5-10 yearsJob Summary :We are seeking a skilled Teamcenter PLM Specialist to design, implement, and optimize Teamcenter solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Teamcenter PLM administration, customization, and upgrades, along with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze functional requirements and assess client needs to develop suitable PLM solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable Teamcenter solutions, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to align with business and technical objectives.
  • Coordinate application development activities, including requirements gathering, scheduling, and execution.
  • Lead/support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts.
  • Develop and validate

Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and effort estimates.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations.
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate design and technology choices.
  • Improve system performance and ensure smooth PLM operations.
  • Plan and execute Teamcenter maintenance patches and major version upgrades.
  • Implement and maintain DevOps best practices for Teamcenter.
  • Manage Multi-CAD administration (NX, Solid Edge, CATIA) and database administration (MS SQL & Oracle).
  • Validate test cases in Polarion to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Required Qualifications :

  • Experience : 5 years in Teamcenter PLM implementation and administration.
  • Strong expertise in Teamcenter (RAC AW), administration, and support.
  • Proficiency in Windows scripting and shell scripting (Batch, PowerShell).
  • Hands-on experience with Multi-CAD administration (NX, Solid Edge, CATIA).
  • Database administration skills for MS SQL & Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
