Globiva is hiring dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Associates to join our high-performing sales team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, or chats to promote products/services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Work closely with team to improve overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • Education Minimum 12th Pass / Graduates in any discipline.
  • Experience 0-2 years in sales, tele-sales, or customer service (Freshers welcome)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-Driven with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
