Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sports Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of our sales team, manage our lead generation database, coordinate trial sessions, and curate social media content. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the lead generation database.
  • Oversee and manage trial sessions across 2 to 3 assigned venues at different locations.
  • Drive fresh sales based on monthly targets.
  • Conduct on-ground sales activities, including customer interactions and venue visits.
  • Proactively engage in self-driven lead calls and follow-ups to maximize conversion.
  • Maintain a weekly and monthly tracking system for trial conversions, closures, and overall sales performance.
  • Effectively communicate with potential clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary details about programs and services.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Upselling of our products.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and/or Google Sheets)
  • In-depth knowledge of sports. Football and Cricket is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openness to receiving instructions and feedback and commitment to continuous learning.
