Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing (Primary Focus)

Plan and execute content strategies aligned with hiring, staffing & service goals

Create and manage monthly content calendars (educational, authority, lead-gen)

Write high-quality content for:

Social media posts, reels & carousels

Website pages & landing pages

Blogs & SEO articles

Email campaigns & newsletters

Convert customer & client pain points into content ideas

Repurpose content across platforms (one idea → many formats)

Maintain brand voice consistency for WARPE and clients

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Keyword research with content intent (informational, transactional)

SEO-friendly blog and website content writing

On-page SEO: meta tags, headings, internal linking

Support off-page SEO through content-based backlink strategies

Work closely with developers/designers for SEO implementation

SEM, PPC & Paid Campaigns

Create ad copies and creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads

Manage budgets, bidding strategies & campaign optimization

Align ad messaging with landing page content

Track CPL, CTR, conversions — optimize continuously

Social Media Management

Handle WARPE & client social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

Plan trend-based and value-based content

Community handling: comments, DMs, engagement

Monitor competitors and industry trends

Email Marketing

Write email content for campaigns, follow-ups & announcements

Audience segmentation and basic automation

Analyze open rate, CTR, conversion performance

Basic Design & Creative Execution

Create marketing creatives using Canva (mandatory)

Ensure visual-brand alignment (fonts, colors, tone)

Coordinate with designers for advanced visuals

Client Handling & Reporting

Manage multiple client accounts independently

Understand client requirements and industry context

Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports

Coordinate with internal teams for delivery timelines

Required Skills

Strong content writing & storytelling ability

Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media & Email Marketing

Canva design skills (non-negotiable)

Basic analytics understanding (Google Analytics, Ads dashboards)

Ability to handle multiple brands & deadlines

Qualification

Any degree (Marketing / Business / Media / IT preferred)

Digital / Content Marketing certification is a plus

Experience

Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience in digital & content marketing

Agency or multi-client experience preferred
