Hiring: Manager, GTM Consulting — Pryus (Pune, Office-only); Exp: 5-6 yrs

Pryus is hiring for a Manager - GTM Consulting role to lead marketing execution for our technology clients from our Pune office. You will turn strategy into repeatable demand programs that generate qualified pipeline and measurable growth, with a strong emphasis on embedding AI to scale personalization and performance.

Key responsibilities:


•  Own end-to-end execution of Demand‑gen campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Webinar/Event-led) to deliver qualified leads and meet targets.


•  Lead ICP refinement, segmentation, and persona-driven messaging to improve targeting and reduce CAC.


•  Produce high-impact sales enablement assets (pitch decks, outreach cadences, case studies) that accelerate conversion.


•  Embed AI across campaign workflows for content generation, personalization, dynamic sequencing, and performance optimization.


•  Manage campaign performance: define KPIs, run A/B tests, track metrics, and optimize deliverability and conversion.


•  Convert events into pipeline through structured pre-event outreach, in-event engagement, and post-event follow-up.


•  Document playbooks, templates, and runbooks to scale repeatable workflows and reduce ramp time.

AI Tooling experience:


•  Generative and prompt-driven content tools for personalization (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper).


•  AI-augmented outreach and sequencing platforms (e.g., Smartleads, Outreach, Salesloft).


•  Intent, account intelligence, and predictive platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo).


•  Marketing automation and CRM systems with AI integrations (e.g., HubSpot AI, Marketo).

What success looks like:


•  Consistent delivery of qualified pipeline per campaign and measurable uplift in meeting‑to‑opportunity conversion.


•  Faster time‑to‑launch and reuse of campaign playbooks across clients.


•  Data-driven reporting and iterative optimizations that demonstrably move KPIs week‑to‑week.
