*Job Title: Closing Manager – Real Estate* *Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Closing Manager to oversee and manage the real estate closing process from contract to completion. The Closing Manager will coordinate with clients, lenders, legal teams, brokers, and internal staff to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely closings. The role requires strong organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, and excellent client service abilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end real estate closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements. Review purchase agreements, contracts, loan documents, and closing statements for accuracy. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and title companies. Prepare and verify all necessary closing documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Monitor transaction timelines and proactively address any issues or delays. Collect, organize, and maintain all documentation related to closings. Ensure all financial aspects (escrow, funds disbursement, commissions, fees, etc.) are handled accurately and securely. Provide regular status updates to clients, agents, and internal teams. Train and support staff involved in the closing process. Stay updated with industry laws, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years' experience in real estate closings, title, escrow, or related field. Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, escrow, and settlement processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate/closing software. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
