Job Description: Sales Coordination/Sales Operations Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities and potential risks. Collaborate with sales teams to set realistic sales targets and quotas for individual territories and products. Coordinate sales activities and initiatives across the region to ensure efficient and effective execution. Seek facilitation through RSO Head for collaboration between sales teams, marketing, distribution, and other relevant departments. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and analysis to the Chief Sales Officer. Digital Adoption Embrace digital tools and technologies for sales planning, pricing optimization, and sales performance tracking. Implement data analytics. Drive initiatives for sales force automation, including CRM systems and mobile sales apps, to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness. SAP database maintenance Manage and maintain SAP master data, including customer, material, and vendor master records. Margin Management Track progress and report of margin maximization levers of Product mix, Segment mix, Geo mix and A/B/C/D segment mix for EBITDA maximization. Daily MIS Maintenance & reporting Streamline sales team reporting, enhancing sales team collaboration. Implement KPIs to monitor and improve the efficiency of sales operations on a daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly basis. Channel Profitability Analysis Conduct detailed analyses to determine the profitability by markets. Evaluate the financial outcomes of different schemes on channel partners to ensure long-term viability and profitability. Market Intelligence (Competitive analysis) Gather competitor pricing and market trends data. Provide insights and reports on competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions within the cluster.
