Job Description: Sales Executive - Solar Power Solutions:
Are you a passionate and driven sales professional with a knack for closing deals? Join **AVK Solar**, a leader in renewable energy solutions, and take your career to new heights We are looking for a dynamic **Sales Executive** to drive sales growth and help customers transition to clean, sustainable solar power.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting** - Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other strategic prospecting methods.
**Sales Presentations** - Schedule and deliver impactful sales presentations (in-person or virtual) to potential residential and commercial customers.
**Customized Solutions** - Understand customer needs and propose tailored solar power solutions that align with their goals.
**Negotiation & Closing** - Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing to successfully close deals.
**Coordination & Follow-Up** - Work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
**Target Achievement** - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
**Market Awareness** - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new solar technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
**Reporting** - Provide regular sales activity reports and accurate sales forecasts.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
**Experience**: 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in renewable energy or home improvement industries.
**Sales Performance**: Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Communication Skills**: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
**Problem-Solving**: Customer-focused with a strategic problem-solving approach.
**Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with solar power technology and industry regulations.
**Mobility**: Willingness to travel within the local and regional market as needed.
