The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors. As a sales executive, you will represent Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd. in a highly competitive market, ensuring the promotion of our diverse range of high-quality products. This role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.Qualifications and SkillsProven track record in primary sales with the ability to meet and exceed set targets effectively.Comprehensive product knowledge to promote our LED lights, fans, wires, and switches effectively.Demonstrate expertise in retail sales, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and maintain strong client relationships.Must have skills: dealer appointment (Mandatory skill), distributer appointment (Mandatory skill).Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve collective sales goals.Strong communication skills to convey product benefits and build rapport with diverse clients.Adaptability to evolving market trends and customer preferences to maintain competitive edge.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and company objectives in designated regions.Appointment and management of dealers and distributors, ensuring a comprehensive network coverage.Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and gain insights into competitor activities.Maintain and expand customer base by building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.Present and demonstrate Sturlite products at client meetings, trade fairs, and events.Prepare reports on sales, potential new markets, and customer feedback to guide future strategies.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to enhance product reach.Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues.
