Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to join our leadership team and drive our financial strategy.

Salary Range:
₹10-18 Lakh per Annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As the
CFO
at Rooman Technologies, you will play a critical role in managing the company's financial health, overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Strategy and Planning
    : Develop and implement financial strategies that align with Rooman's long-term growth objectives, including preparing for the SME IPO.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting
    : Ensure accounts are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with statutory regulations. Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports.
  • Statutory Filings and Compliance
    : Oversee all statutory filings, ensuring timely compliance with government regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Investor Relations
    : Interact with investors and provide regular updates on financial performance, projections, and investment strategies.
  • Government Liaison
    : Attend and respond to queries from government agencies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Payment Receivables Management
    : Oversee the management of payment receivables, ensuring timely collections and minimizing outstanding balances.
  • Team Leadership
    : Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance within the finance department.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Qualified
CA (Chartered Accountant) / Cost Accountant (CMA/ICWA)
with a strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and tax laws.

  • Proven experience as a
    CFO
    or senior finance executive, ideally in a growing technology or services company.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
  • Experience in preparing for and managing IPO processes, including SME IPO.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with the CEO, Board, and other executives.
  • A strong track record of managing financial operations, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
