Job Location: Remote

Position Overview: This position is required to streamline daily tasks across sales, revenue & marketing functions by tracking, optimising team's performance and ensuring smooth execution & maintain the brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, revenue management and leadership to maximize revenue and strengthen brand positioning.
  2. Monitor daily team performance and provide timely updates to the management for informed decision making.
  3. Ensure OTA listings, marketing campaigns and online presence are continuously optimized to boost visibility and revenue.
  4. Drive team efficiency, proactively address task delays and maintain high standards of execution and output quality.
  5. Be hands on and capable of temporarily stepping into any execution task during staff gaps to prevent disruption.

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate.

Experience In Years : 3 to 6 years

Industry Experience: Target based sales/role

Languages : Fluent in English & Hindi
