Key Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership:

* Take complete ownership of the Pune branch operations, sales, and profitability.

* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.

Sales & Revenue Management:

* Drive business development initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

* Develop strategies to expand customer base and market presence in Pune.

Team Management:

* Recruit, train, and guide sales executives, team leaders, and support staff.

* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.

Operational Excellence:

* Ensure smooth functioning of branch operations in alignment with company policies.

* Coordinate with marketing and management teams for campaigns, events, and lead generation.

Market Intelligence:

* Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Pune real estate market.

* Share insights with the management to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting:

* Prepare and present branch performance reports, sales forecasts, and revenue analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

* Proven leadership and team management skills.

* Strong sales acumen with expertise in closing real estate deals.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

* Strong networking skills with local market knowledge of Pune real estate.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Minimum 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.

* Track record of driving sales targets and managing high-performance teams.
