Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote our company and innovative apps. You'll also be responsible for maintaining and growing our presence across social media platforms, creating engaging content, posts, reels, and ensuring our brand remains visible and engaging.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising).

· Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).

· Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, videos, reels, and infographics.

· Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and improve effectiveness.

· Coordinate with the product team to promote our mobile/web apps effectively.

· Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels.

· Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

· Engage with audiences on social media to build strong community presence and customer relationships.

Required Skills:

· Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

· Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

· Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation for social media.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.

· Minimum of 1-2 years of digital marketing/social media marketing experience.

· Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
