**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Perform keyword research to identify SEO opportunities and implement optimization strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for better search engine visibility.
- Conduct competitor analysis to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Build and execute effective off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach campaigns.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor website performance and generate actionable reports.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and webpages.
- Address technical SEO issues, including site speed optimization, crawl errors, and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement and refine local SEO strategies to improve visibility in targeted geographic areas.
- Develop, execute, and monitor paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, keywords, and audience targeting for paid campaigns.
- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI for paid campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for paid and organic efforts to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on SEO, SEM, and digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Assist in creating and managing remarketing campaigns to re-engage with potential customers.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with teams.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to the fast-evolving digital marketing landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
