Performance Marketing Intern
to drive user acquisition and growth through data-driven strategies and bold, creative advertising.

Location : Kochi, Kerala(On-site)

Stipend : ₹10,000 to 15,000

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in running and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display), TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Help track and compile performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer.
  • Learn to analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, retention, and LTV.
  • Participate in A/B testing experiments for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in performance marketing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and data-driven advertising.
  • Basic understanding of advertising platforms such as Meta Ads or Google Ads (hands-on experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, or MMPs is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Analytical thinker with good attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
